Ordering and Payments
When you’ve decided which pod(s) you’re interested in buying from us, you should contact us, either by email or phone. If you have any questions that aren’t answered on the website, we’ll gladly help in any way we can.
We’ll need to quote you for delivery and fitting for which we’ll need your delivery postcode. As a rough guide, we charge £1.20 one-way per mile from our manufacturing unit at WV15 5PG.
If you’re more than 100 miles from us or if you’re purchasing multiple pods we may also need to charge an accommodation fee for the fitting team. This will also be calculated (if applicable) when we quote you for delivery and fitting.
If you’re happy to go ahead with the order, just let us know and we’ll send you your invoice. We require 50% of the invoice to be paid at the time of ordering and the balance to be paid a couple of days before delivery. Our preferred payment method is bank transfer and you can find our account details on the bottom of your invoice, just use your invoice number as the reference. We also accept card payments over the phone.
Once your 50% deposit has cleared, your order will be official and you can expect to hear back from us within the next two weeks when we will arrange a delivery date with you. Our lead time on new orders is usually around 4 weeks but can be much sooner depending on our current orders. If timescale is important, please ask us what our current lead time is before ordering.
Before We Deliver
There are a few things you’ll need to have in place to make sure that we can deliver and fit your pod successfully:
Advice About Your Glamping Pod Base
If it is not possible for you to have a permanent base, we are also able to supply a tanalised, wooden base frame for your pod to sit on. We charge £100 for a base for a 3 person pod and £150 for the 5 person pod. Please let us know when ordering if you’d like a base frame. Even with this option, you’ll still need to ensure that the ground is level before we arrive.
Access to the fitting site - Your pod will be delivered in panels and erected by our fitting team on site. Some of the panels are very tall and won’t fit through a standard doorway. You therefore need to have access through to the site where there are no vertical obstacles such as door or gate frames. Due to the panels being extremely heavy, we also can’t lift them over fences or any other obstacles. If you’re concerned about your access, please speak to us before ordering. You’re also welcome to send us some photos for us to advise on.
The Finished Glamping Pod
Your finished glamping pod will be ready to use as soon as our fitting team leaves. As part of the service, we fit:
A door handle, lock and key.
A battery-operated motion sensor, outside light.
A battery-operated inside light.
A mobile mains kit with built-in circuit breaker and RCD, which by default, plugs into a campsite hook-up.
An adapter for the mobile mains kit, enabling it to be plugged into a standard 3-pin socket.
A smoke alarm with built in 10-year battery.
All you need to add are your mattresses and bedding.
